The present study aimed to investigate the effect of using the mentoring method in understanding the concepts of the book "From Me to God" for seventh-grade students on their spiritual health. This study was an applied study. The statistical population in this study was all seventh-grade male students in Sabzevar in the academic year 1403-1404, which was 1800 people. The sample included 40 students (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group) from the seventh grade of secondary school in Sabzevar, who were selected using the convenience sampling method. The research method was quasi-experimental and a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. In the experimental group, teaching was done using the mentoring method based on Megginson and Clutterbuck's (2010) model, and in the control group, the traditional teaching method was used. The instrument used was the Polotzine and Ellison Spiritual Health Questionnaire, which includes three main components: "connection with self", "connection with others", and "connection with God"; (In the study of Asgari et al. (1404), the reliability of the instrument was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha of 0.87 and the construct validity was confirmed with the factor analysis method). Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (covariance analysis) were also used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the spiritual health scores of the students in the two groups (p<0.001). The findings also showed that the mentoring educational method is more effective in creating spiritual health in the seventh-grade book "From Me to God" compared to the traditional teaching method. And it can be concluded that the use of the mentoring method in religious and spiritual education not only increases the understanding of the concepts of the book "From Me to God", but also directly promotes the development of students' spiritual health. This method realizes spiritual health through the dimensions of communication with oneself, others, nature, and God, and transforms religious education from a theoretical state into a lived experience.
