The issue of the health of the human body and soul, and the role of religious beliefs and practices in the health of the body and soul, is undeniable. The emphasis on the Hygiene of the Body and the Health of the Human Soul is due to the impact and influence between the body and the soul, which has been emphasized in both Islamic philosophy and Quranic teachings, and a lot of empirical evidence has been mentioned for it. Therefore, the main question of this research is: “According to scientific foundations and philosophical principles, how do religious beliefs affect the Hygiene of the Body and the Health of the Human Soul?” In this research, the conceptual analysis method has been employed to explain the content, the empirical induction method to present scientific samples and examples, and the rational reasoning method to express philosophical principles. This research aims to show, based on the philosophical principle of the Unity of Body and Soul, that believing in religion, having religious beliefs, and religious behaviors in accordance with these beliefs, have a direct effect on the Hygiene of the Body and the Health of the Human Soul.

Extended Abstract
1. Abstract
2. Problem Statement
In Islamic philosophy, the role of beliefs in the health of the Human Body and Soul is based on a specific philosophical approach to the nature and truth of Man, because in Islamic anthropology, Man has a Body and a Soul, and the truth of Man is his immaterial soul, the most important aspect of which is reason (the power of thinking and reasoning). The issue of the health of the Human Body and Soul has always been emphasized in religious teachings, and the role of religious beliefs and practices in this regard is undeniable. The emphasis on the Hygiene of the Body and the Health of the Soul is due to the impact and influence between the Body and the Soul, which has been documented and supported by many documents and evidence in both medical science and psychology, and has been proven by reasoning and proof in Islamic philosophy, especially in the philosophy of Mūllā Ṣadrā. In the revealed teachings, especially in the verses of the Quran, there is also much evidence on the connection between the Body and the influence and interaction of Physical Hygiene and mental Health. The general lines drawn in the verses of the Holy Quran and the solutions presented for maintaining and improving mental health as a valid document in line with the purpose of this research. Therefore, the main question of this research is: “According to scientific foundations and philosophical principles, how do religious beliefs affect the Hygiene of the Body and the Health of the Human Soul?”
3. Method
In this research, due to the multifaceted nature of the problem, several methods have been employed, including the narrative method in conceptualizing the verses, the empirical induction method in presenting examples and specimens, and the rational method in presenting the argument in the form of logical deduction.
4. Findings and Results
The most important findings of this research are:
1. Religious beliefs and convictions on the one hand, and observance of religious customs and ethics and performance of religious rituals on the other hand, have a direct impact on the Hygiene of the Body as a coherent and integrated truth.
2. Adherence to some ethical and behavioral principles, such as repentance, remembrance of God, Trust, satisfaction with divine decree and destiny, hope in God, patience, servitude to God, benevolence, and avoidance of sins, has an impact on the health of the human soul and mind.
3. Religious beliefs and religious behaviors also have a direct impact on the health of the soul as the entire existential truth of Man.
4. With the help of scientific and empirical evidence and based on important philosophical principles in Sadrā'i wisdom, such as the principle of the Union of Soul and Body, it was proved rationally that everything that affects the Health of the Body also affects the Health of the Soul directly.
5. According to the important philosophical principle of “The Union of Body and Soul” and “The Mutual influence and impact of Body and Soul”, there is a Mutual influence and impact between the Hygiene of the Body (badan) and the Health of the Soul (nafs), therefore: believing in religion and having religious beliefs and religious behaviors in accordance with these beliefs, have a direct effect on the Health of the Soul (nafs).
6. In this research, interaction and agreement were established between various philosophical, religious, and empirical methods.
