In the contemporary world, despite remarkable advancements in healthcare, a reductionist view of humanity and neglect of spiritual dimensions have rendered many common health models ineffective. Amidst this, "spiritual health" has gained attention as an influential factor in human balance and transcendence. However, the definition of this concept is heavily influenced by various anthropological foundations and worldviews. Secular and humanistic approaches, due to the denial of the transcendent dimension of humanity or the separation of religion from the sphere of life, are unable to provide a comprehensive explanation of spiritual health. In contrast, Islam, with its focus on "connection with God" and "attention to the spiritual essence of humanity," offers the most complete model of spiritual health. Accordingly, identifying concrete examples of spiritual health within the Islamic framework is a research priority. In this context, Hazrat Zaynab (peace be upon her) stands as a perfect exemplar who, in the most challenging historical circumstances, demonstrated the highest levels of spiritual perfection, making her an unparalleled role model for study. In this regard, the main research question is: "What components in the dimension of origin (Mabda'-shenasi) for spiritual health can be identified in the practical conduct of Hazrat Zaynab (peace be upon her)?" The innovation of this research lies in its interdisciplinary approach to her character and the presentation of a living and imitable model for ensuring the spiritual health of contemporary humans. This research was conducted using a "descriptive-analytical method" with library data collection from narrative and historical sources, as well as studies related to spiritual health. Based on the findings of this research, the most important components of spiritual health in the dimension of origin (Mabda'-shenasi) that are manifested in the life of Hazrat Zaynab (peace be upon her) are: asceticism (Zuhd), trust in God (Tawakkul), having good thoughts about God (Husn al-Zann bi Allah), contentment (Rida), supplication (Dua), and worship (Ibadah).

Extended Abstract
1. Article Abstract
This study aims to explain the objective and practical components of "Spiritual Health" in the ontological dimension (the relationship between humans and God) based on the practical conduct (Seerah) of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH). The findings indicate that during the peak of severe historical crises, relying on theological foundations, she manifested a living and complete model of spiritual health. The main identified components include "Asceticism (Zuhd)", "Reliance on God (Tawakkul)", "Good Opinion of God (Husn al-Zann)", "Contentment (Rida)", and "Supplication and Worship (Du'a & Ibadah)", which form an interconnected system constituting the foundation of a spiritually healthy existence. This model can provide a basis for theorizing and designing interventions in the fields of positive psychology and Islamic spiritual health.

Spiritual Health, Hazrat Zainab (PBUH), Ontology, Reliance on God (Tawakkul), Contentment (Rida), Asceticism (Zuhd).
3. Objective
The absence of a practical and tangible model for spiritually-based mental health in Islamic sources represents a significant research gap. This study aims to address this by extracting the components of spiritual health, specifically in the dimension of originology (Mabda-shinasi), from the practical life of Hazrat Zaynab (SA) as a living paradigm.
4. Methods
This research employs a descriptive-analytical method and a library-based approach. Data concerning her conduct were gathered from primary historical and narrative sources and were then analyzed using thematic analysis.
5. Findings
1. Core Components of Spiritual Health (Theological Dimension):
This research identified six key components in the conduct of Lady Zainab (PBUH) as indicators of spiritual health in the dimension of the human relationship with God (Theological Foundations):
Asceticism (Zuhd): Lack of interest in the material world and detachment from worldly attachments.
Reliance on God (Tawakkul): Complete trust and delegation of affairs to God, leading to self-confidence, resilience in facing problems, courage, and decisive power in crises.
Good Opinion of God (Husn al-Zann): Believing in God's benevolence and wisdom even in the most difficult conditions, which is a source of mental peace and hope.
Contentment (Rida): Satisfaction and submission to divine decrees, perceiving all events as good within the perfect divine system.
Supplication and Worship (Du'a & 'Ibadah): Establishing and maintaining a connection with God, which is the main channel for spiritual strength and a source of fortitude and tranquility.
2. Tangible Model of Spiritual Health:
Lady Zainab (PBUH) is introduced as a living and perfect model of spiritual health. She demonstrated these components practically during the most severe events (such as the event of Karbala and captivity), showing that spiritual health is rooted in "practical monotheism."
